Job description
We offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our fast-growing team of background screening analysts.
Our analysts are best placed to help our clients mitigate the risk of undesirable hires and tackle CV lies and degree fraud. You will be working with many local and global clients, helping them protect their business, brand and reputation.
We have several full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5:30 37.5 hours per week) vacancies for Background Screening Analysts, based at our Sevenoaks, Kent office.
OTE is highly achievable thanks to our generous profit share scheme.
As our business continues to expand and the demand for our service increases, you will find many opportunities for promotion.
The role
As a Background Screening Analyst, you will find yourself carrying out searches of criminal record databases, verifying academic qualifications, reviewing social media and taking up employment references, on individuals being hired by our clients. It is your job to flag any adverse findings or discrepancies you find between the information the prospective hire has provided and the results of your research.

What we look for in you
We look for well-organised people who can multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
Because the role of a Background Screening Analyst involves direct contact with our clients and their employees, experience in customer service is valuable, as is having a suitable telephone manner.
At a minimum, we would expect you to be able to work on Microsoft programmes, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
