The Role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to expand our growing Enterprise Team! Reporting to the Client Success, Director, you will play a crucial role on Credence’s Client Success team to help us strategically guide our Enterprise customers and ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to maximize the value of our solutions and enable them to achieve their business needs.
You will leverage your experience and passion in relationship management, and creative problem solving to drive business outcomes for your customers while being responsible for best-in-class user adoption, revenue retention & growth, and customer advocacy.
What You’ll Do
• Outcome-based Customer Success: Own and manage a book of business as a strategic advisor, who guides clients to success on their background check landscape, activities, and business outcomes.
• Building Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your assigned book of business, from administrators through to executive sponsors, ensuring they have a consistent, best-in-class experience in every interaction.
• Personalized Engagement: Consistently review, refine, and re-validate plans with clients to ensure they gain full value from the Credence solution and strategically influence through performance metrics, recommendations, and discussions.
• Onboarding: Lead the Credence platform set-up and help clients achieve their business outcomes by providing training and offering guidance through live and recorded content.
• Drive Adoption: Actively monitor account adoption throughout the length of the relationship, and ensure high uptake of the Credence products by analyzing data/metrics/industry trends, and intervening with adoption strategies that showcase how customers can enhance their and better use our products to derive further value.
• Retention: Identify at-risk accounts and create action plans to mitigate churn.
• Growing Accounts: Commitment to results, consistently achieving results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results.
• Team Collaboration: You will work alongside an elite team of fellow Account Managers and Sales professionals that succeed through collaboration, grit, and constant learning.
We Are Hoping You Will Bring
• Passion for customer success and experience achieving customer satisfaction with existing product solutions.
• Proven track record in managing 20+ customers simultaneously and building customer relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive increase levels of customer interaction and take ownership of driving customer retention and/or growth outcomes with customers.
• Experience maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Salary & Benefits
On-target-earnings is £56,,000 – £84,000. On-target earnings include base plus a variable annual bonus equal to 20% of base salary.
