Financial Checks and Address Checks for UK Residents
The address and financial check is a check which is run against the publicly available records held by the UK’s credit referencing agencies. The check includes data sources such as: the UK electoral roll, county court judgements, telephone databases, bankruptcy data, voluntary orders and sequestration orders.
The address check allows you to verify that an individual is who they say they are and lives at the address they say they do, through activity information held against their name.
The financial check will also verify whether the individual has any negative financial information held against them such as county court judgements (CCJ’s), IVAs and bankruptcy.
